How to make sure your files are available offline in OneDrive

If you have tons and tons of storage space available on your system, you can enable all your OneDrive files and folders for offline access. To do so, right click on the OneDrive icon in system tray and then select “Settings”. In the new window which appears on the screen, check the “Make all files available even if the PC isn’t connected to Internet” option. Once you select this option, all your OneDrive files, folders and data will be saved on your system’s hard drive so that you can access it anytime without relying on Internet connectivity.
